Swallows' Nest comprises a self-contained single storey accommodation in the annexe adjoining the owners' Victorian home, Devonshire House.
Situated in the thriving village of Briston, near Holt, you can buy all your groceries and meat in the village and there is a wider range of shops and eateries in Holt itself, including a locally owned Budgens store selling produce grown in the area.
Accommodation:
Open plan sitting room/kitchen area:
Stained glass front door opening into pleasantly furnished living area with two sofas, TV, DVD player, CD hi-fi/radio, bookshelf, WiFi Broadband connection. Dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dining table and chairs.
Bedroom:
Double bed with wisteria-clad window affording view across patio area and enclosed cottage garden. Tallboy with hanging space and three-drawer storage.
Wetroom:
Electric shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and w.c.
Hallway/utility:
With coat hooks leading into utility room. Boot tray for wellies/walking boots, washing machine, steam iron and ironing board provided.
Garden:
Utility opens on to patio area and leads to secluded shingle container garden with leafy seating area, coffee table and chairs to relax in.
Parking:
Shared gravel driveway with owners. Garden access for dog owners with muddy paws.
Heating:
Oil-fired central heating included May - Sept.
£20 per week Oct - Apr, (payable on booking).
Pets:
One well-behaved dog welcome by prior arrangement (£20/week or £10 for short breaks).
Included:
Bed linen, tea towels and towels provided (not beach towels).
Travel cot/high chair/camp bed available on request.
