Originally a railway worker’s cottage, this property has been lovingly redecorated and restored to offer accommodation for groups of up to five people. Situated in the middle of a traditional terrace, it boasts an open fire to transform it into a snug base in the colder months. The kitchen is large and well equipped, although if you fancy eating out, the local pub is just a minute’s walk away.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen colour TV with Sky, DVD, radio/CD player etc. Gas, electricity & starter pack of coal for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available. Roadside parking for 1 car (on first come, first served basis) during off-peak dates. During peak dates, roadside parking is available between 8pm and 10am only with additional parking available at Grosmont Station 200 yards away, with CCTV, at approx £2.50 per 24 hours. Guests can load/unload at back of property all year round. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: This property is accessed by 7 ascending steps.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
