This charming, detached, 18th Century stone-built cottage sits in an elevated position in the popular Nidderdale town of Pateley Bridge. The cottage offers ‘upside-down’ accommodation with lovely views of the surrounding area and many original features, including old beams. As well as a small double bedroom, this lovely cottage also comes with a compact, well-equipped kitchen as well as a first floor sitting room with dining area and access to the patio through French doors. Close at hand are the amenities of Pateley Bridge, whilst the local area offers a huge range of activities.

Travel cot available on request. Small patio with furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Shops, pubs and main street 3 mins walk. Please note: The owner requests a refundable good housekeeping bond of £50 prior to arrival.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,I liked the fact that we didn't have to use the car much as you could stroll into town and that you could walk the Nidderdale Way from your back doorstep. The cottage was also in a nice location for Harrogate and the Eastern Dales.
