This attractive, cosy detached cottage is situated on the coastal road of the Furness Peninsula and is set just one mile from the attractive resort of Roa Island. This property offers high-quality, well-equipped accommodation that has been decorated to a high standard. The cottage boasts a lovely sun-trap patio which looks out over the Furness Fells that is ideal for relaxing on a sunny evening. Close by is the town of Ulverston, which offers an extensive range of pubs, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Cottage is a very good base for the Lake District and surrounding areas, nice to come back to. Very tidy and well kept, well equipped kitchen. Wonderful views to front and back. The children loved the little pond on the patio, the horses next door, the sheep and cows in the back field and that we had a beach over the road.
