The house offers quirky, traditional features combined with modern convenience and exceptional décor, with a fitted kitchen, comfortable sitting area and two bedrooms. The property is close to the centre of this thriving Cornish town and visitors can enjoy watching the fishermen land their catch just around the corner, or buy supper straight from the boat. In addition to its relaxing, traditional surroundings, this lovely cottage is ideally placed for the vibrant and exciting activities of the region, such as the Eden Project and various water sports.

Amenities

Electric storage heating throughout with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player. All fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Loading/unloading outside courtyard entrance only - then move car to main town car park (500 yards, costs approx £35 per week). Small enclosed rear garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Pubs, restaurants and shops 2 mins walk. Note: Uneven courtyard approach, slope and steep cottage stairs may make this property unsuitable for young children or the infirm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
