This cottage is set over three floors and sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms. The bedrooms consist of two double bedrooms, one with a ensuite shower room, and three twin bedrooms, one of which is on the second floor. The cottage also has a family bathroom, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a second sitting room with a bedsettee. To the outside, this cottage has an enclosed front garden with furniture and a BBQ and a croft to the rear, along with ample off road parking. School House is an ideal holiday cottage for families and groups of friends wanting to explore the stunning Peak District countryside.

Electric cooker with double oven, microwave, integral fridge and stand alone fridge/freezer in utility room, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video etc. Oil, electricity and initial supply of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Towels at £3.50 per person per week or short break. Cot and highchair on request. Enclosed front garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Croft to rear. Ample off road parking. Well behaved pet welcome at £25 per week. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: A £100 refundable Good Housekeeping Bond is required.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
