Attached to the owner's farmhouse, this delightful stone built cottage is situated in a lovely valley that overlooks the River Nidd, just a few minutes walk from Pateley Bridge. The property is a traditional Yorkshire cottage offering single floor accommodation and wonderful country views. The snug, warm sitting room is a great place for a relaxing evening, whilst the modern kitchen-diner is a fantastic place to cook up a storm. This is a great vacation spot for a small family or a romantic break. With Harrogate, Brigham Rocks and Fountains Abbey all close by, this is a well-situated, first class holiday home.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This cottage is fantastic and we will be going back for a third time! The owners are very friendly without imposing on your privacy. The setting is breathtaking and the views from every window are stunning. The house itself is so homely and comfortable - we really could stay there forever.
