With 3 bedrooms, it offers accommodation for up to 7 people and retains much of its original charm through features such as exposed beams and a wood-burning stove. Perfect for large families or a group of friends, River View Cottage has its own garden from which you can enjoy a spot of outdoor-dining in the summer months. The garden leads directly to the famous Bronte Moors. There is parking for up to 2 cars, although most of the local amenities are a short walk away.

Note: Garden is over two levels, young children to be supervised. Note: The owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £60.

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

River View is an exceptionally well maintained, located and equipped cottage which made for a very relaxed family break. We particularly made the observation that it was one of the few cottages we have visited where it would be possible and pleasurable to have prepared and served a Christmas lunch had we booked for this week.
