Pheasant Field is a stone built cottage, one mile from the coastal village of Silverdale, south of the Lake District National Park. This all ground floor cottage has two bedrooms, consisting of one twin bedroom, which can be made up as a double and one single bedroom, which means this cottage sleeps three. The cottage also has a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. To the outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a garden with patio area and furniture. Pheasant Field is the perfect cottage for exploring both the Lake District and surrounding area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The cottage was all we could ask for and very good value for the price asked. The feeder station set up just off the patio made this extra special for us.

,It was quiet, private and great for our old dog Tilly. The bird table gave us a constant view of birds feeding, and the wild rabbits were adorable. The place was clean and cosy with everthing we needed. We intend to go back next year.
