Partridge Farm is situated in the pretty village of Templeton about 4 miles outside Tiverton, deep in the lush, green Devon countryside. The farmhouse itself is positioned amongst 75 acres of working farmland and dates back to over 400 years. 
 
Partridge Farm is the perfect place to unwind and relax. We pride ourselves on the warm and friendly welcome all our guests receive, and a pot of tea or coffee along with a slice of cake or scones will be awaiting you! Guests have their own private area of our garden to sit and relax in with stunning views across the farm & Devon countryside.
 
The bed and breakfast accommodation comprises of a lovely double guest room in a private part of the house, with its own bathroom and private staircase. The room benefits from stunning panoramic views across the farm & Devon countryside, and is well equipped with a flat screen Television with built in free view, tea & coffee making facilities with freshly baked biscuits, hairdryer and a selection of books & magazines to read.
 
The dining area also has beautiful views, a comfortable sofa to relax on, a selection of books to read and a flat screen television.
 
Breakfast is of course included in the price of your stay and includes freshly baked bread/toast, a selection of jams & marmalades, a full Partridge Farm cooked breakfast using our own eggs from our free range hens, free range rare breed sausages & bacon, our own home grown tomatoes. Evening meals are provided upon request again using our own fresh produce from the farm & locally sourced produce. 
 
If you enjoy walking there are some beautiful walks in and around Templeton or you can walk across our farm and see our Aberdeen Angus Cattle, Gloucestershire Old Spot, Large Black & Saddleback pigs, our flock of Oxford Down Sheep or our quietly curious Alpacas!! We can provide picnic hampers for those who wish to venture further afield or who want to take a relaxing walk around the area.
 
There are plenty of pubs within a 5 mile radius that serve excellent food & lots of things to see & do in and around Tiverton.
 
Dogs welcome for a small charge, please ensure they are booked in at the time of booking.
 
Payment is by cash or cheque and a 25% deposit is required when confirming your booking. This is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your arrival.
