Sutton Poyntz is a highly prized, quintessentially English village boasting a pub, the Springhead which has a reputation for good food and a family atmosphere and a shop too is only a leisurely walk away. The village is surrounded by excellent country and coastal walks and the main resort of Weymouth with its long sandy beach is only a very short car or bus ride away. Alternatively you may wish to visit one of South Dorset's unique attractions such as Monkey World or the Jurassic Coastline for fossil hunting or enjoying spectacular sea views. For those wishing to relax, watching the ducks on the pond in front of the cottage is priceless.
