The six bedrooms, one en-suite, are comfortable and elegant and there are two further bathrooms which have been tastefully furnished with Villeroy and Boch fittings, perfect for a relaxing soak after a busy day. Outside there is a fabulous hot tub looking onto the mature woodlands, making this property a perfect location for a restful holiday.

Please note: there are no gardens but guests are welcome to walk around the 30 acre woodland area; dogs should be kept on a lead at all times. Note: This owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,There was plenty of space for a large party. The walks on the doorstep for the dogs were very helpful. The lodge was very well equipped. The utility room for coats and shoes meant we could keep the place tidy. The wood burner was excellent for cosiness. A really good site for visiting Alton Towers.
