New Buckland is a modern first floor apartment, situated in the lovely village of Wombleton, just three miles from both Helmsley and Kirbymoorside. New Buckland has light and airy rooms and has been refurbished and decorated to a high standard. It sleeps four and has two bedrooms - one king size double and one twin. One of the main features is the wonderful Jacuzzi bath in one of the bathrooms. New Buckland also has a cosy living room with a pebble effect electric fire, a fitted kitchen and dining hall. The ground floor consists of a wet room and entrance hall which have stairs leading up to the apartment. Outside is a fantastic rear lawned garden which contains a fabulous summer house - perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring the area. There is also off road parking for two cars. New Buckland is a stunning apartment and an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of the North York Moors.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,We stayed in the apartment for a week or so and will definitely recommend!! Couldn't say enough good things about that place: decoration was very tasteful, everything is spotless and elegant, and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Besides, in spite of the heavy snow and cold temperature, we managed to explore a lot of good scenes surrounding the village. The entire getaway was more than relaxing and unique, and we will definitely come back.
