Situated in Pear’s House, formerly the harbour commissioner’s office and completely redeveloped in 2008, this apartment contains everything you will need for a luxurious and comfortable stay with a 4 star Tourist Board grading, with Gold Award.

There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three balconies and a large living area with comfortable dining for up to six people. The apartment sleeps four.


Prices

Prices for a full week range from £500 in low season, to £700 at Christmas/New Year, and £700 in high season.

The apartment is serviced by under-floor heating and its modern design makes it a delightful place to stay during your visit to Cumbria.

Overlooking the Marina, it has excellent sea views but is close enough to the centre of Whitehaven to enable you to take advantage of the nightlife and dining available within the town.
