Mallams is a link detached, former fishermans cottage in the village of Fortuneswell on the Isle of Portland which is accessed from the mainland along Chesil Beach. This refurbished cottage can sleep six people and has three bedrooms, a double, a double futon and a twin room in the eaves as well as a family shower room. The bed sitting room opens out onto a decked area with sea views where you can relax after a day on the beach. The cottage also has a fully fitted kitchen and can offer off road parking. The local shop and pub is just a few minutes' walk away, whilst other amenities can be found in nearby Weymouth. Mallams is a delightful cottage in a fabulous location and is ideal for a family holiday.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Decked first floor patio with furniture and sea views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are steep cottage stairs in this cottage. Note: 28th July - 11th August 2012 charged at £1523 per week (inclusive of £35 booking fee) due to Olympic Games.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Time away, rest and relax!! The cottage was great, especially the patio/sun terrace - such a lovely place to sit and watch the sun set over the sea. The sea was very clean and the small fresh fish shop was FAB - the crab legs were wonderful and so reminded me of my childhood.
