Low Green Cottage is a stone built mid terraced cottage set in the hamlet of Middleton in the Lune Valley just six miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. With one double bedroom, one twin and a family shower room, this cottage can sleep four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a dining area. Outside the cottage there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Set between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, Low Green Cottage is perfect for guests who like to get away from it all.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player/radio etc, library of books/games/DVDs etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for two cars. Large enclosed rear garden area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 minutes walk. Note: This property accepts a maximum of 4 people including infants.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
