Locks Cottage is a stone built cottage, situated near to the village of Langcliffe in the Yorkshire Dales. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with another dining area and an open fire. To the outside of this cottage there is roadside parking for two cars and a garden that overlooks a mill pond with furniture and BBQ. Locks Cottage is an ideal family holiday cottage for exploring the magnificent Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Full gas central heating and additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video, DVD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garden overlooking mill pond with garden furniture and BBQ. Roadside parking for two cars. Smoking in downstairs rooms only. Sorry no pets. Post Office 0.5 miles. Shops/pubs etc. in Settle 1.5 miles. Note: The garden is unfenced and due to the proximity of the mill pond and river, children must be supervised at all times.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
