Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
Walks from the door were great. Stunning views from the property. Downstairs bedrooms were good for disabled and very spacious. Big utility room - good for muddy boots and dog!

,We liked the outside space and the sea views were stunning! We enjoyed playing table tennis. The house was in a good location on the headland and it was very peaceful.

,We were fortunate to have long sunny days in January so we had amazing sunsets each night which we watched from the window as it is perfect west facing. Also, I love the ocean and I sat and looked out to the sea every day. Two bathrooms are always handy. Also, there are walks from the property so you didn't have to use the car. Close proximity to the beaches which both we and especially the dogs loved. Good Pub 2min drive or a 10 minute walk away.
