Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Roadside parking for two cars. Small garden with BBQ at ground floor level leading to raised (first floor level) decked area with furniture (bike storage under deck). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minutes walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The sofas were amazing. Natives very friendly! Local shop was very well stocked. The village was very pretty. General layout of the cottage (upside down) was great - plenty of light upstairs.

,I thought the cottage was superb. The layout was excellent and the pictures didn't do the cottage justice. I would 100% return to Lavender Cottage. I would also like to thank all the staff at Sykes, every time I called or emailed the service I received was first class.

,The cottage was warm which is what Aussies in Britain need! Accommodation generally was good. The property was situated in a central spot which was convenient for Lakes, Dales etc.
