Larklands is a superb 16th Century, stone-built barn conversion on a working cattle farm one mile from the pretty village of Ravensworth on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is all on the ground floor and has three bedrooms (one twin, one double and one family room with a double and a single day bed and ensuite facilities) and a family bathroom making it possible to sleep up to seven people. The cottage also has a large and spacious fitted kitchen with a dining area and a stone arch leading to the sitting room with an electric stove, exposed roof beams and patio doors to the outside courtyard which contains garden furniture. There is also off road parking available for three cars. Larklands is a beautifully renovated holiday cottage in a delightful part of North Yorkshire making this a superb location for a relaxing family holiday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

I liked the location and friendliness of the owners. The property was warm and comfortable and well equipped. The farm animals were lovely ducks, chickens, sheep, hens scattered around - great for kids. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in a great location.

,The owners were very friendly and on hand to help etc but totally respected your privacy. The animals around the farm were fascinating and entertaining. The best part was staying in a beautiful house and being able to have our dogs with us. Would return again and again as the surrounding areas for walking are also fantastic.

,The location of the property was excellent and close to a variety of tourist related amenities. Excellent access routes to other parts of the area. Owners provided a 'welcome pack' on arrival which was most appreciated.
Owners were very helpful, friendly and readily available for chats and to give advice generally.
