Laburnum Cottage is a beautifully designed wing of a property which is set out over two floors in the heart of the popular town of Kirkby Stephen between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. With one king size double bedroom and a Jacuzzi bath, this cottage is a haven of luxury for a couple wanting to indulge themselves. The rest of the accommodation is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and sitting area which are all on the second floor. Being so close to the town centre, the nearest shop and pub are less than a minute's walk away, which makes Laburnum Cottage a superb location to explore all of the delights of this amazing part of the country.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub less than 1 min walk. Note: Property is accessed via an internal staircase.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Lovely flat above a flower shop with lots of space for 2. A nice cosy get away within easy reach of most of the towns within the lakes. We would definitely recommend.
