Knotts Farm comprises of 3, 4 star holiday cottages of which Knotts View is especially designed for wheel chair access (mobility score 2).

Knotts View is a ground floor cottage sleeping 3 with one extra large bedroom containing one double and one single bed (space for fourth bed if required). Lounge/diner and fully integrated kitchen with washer/dryer. The lounge area has a two-seater leather sofa and also a Winsford style chair for anyone requiring more support. Remote control TV, DVD and Freeview is also installed.Wet room style bathroom with shower suitable for wheelchair users and the able bodied. Outside is a level parking area to ease wheelchair access.

Clougha View is a two storey cottage sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin. The cottage benefits from gas central heating, instant hot water and double glazed windows. Lounge with woodburning stove,(wood provided for the length of your visit) TV,DVD and Freeview is also installed. Integrated kitchen with gas hob, electric Stoves oven and washer/dryer. Upstairs bathroom with whirlpool bath and thermostatic shower and downstairs cloakroom. Ample parking with patio seating area to the front of the cottage.

Knotts Nest sits between the other cottages and sleeps 2 in one double bedroom. Lounge/diner with integrated kitchen, gas hob, elecric Stoves oven and washer/dryer. Bathroom with thermostatic shower. Ample parking with patio seating area through French doors at the front of the cottage.

1 well behaved dog allowed in Clougha View Cottage.
All cottages are non-smoking.

 The cottages are situated on a 300 acre working dairy, beef and sheep farm just 2 miles from Lancaster city centre and ideally located for visiting the beautiful countryside of the Forest of Bowland and the Lune Valley.
