Description of property

Kirkstone is a detached lodge on Limefitt Park in the Troutbeck valley, just two miles from the village of Troutbeck in the Lake District. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one twin room, as well as a family bathroom which makes it suitable for six people. Also included in the accommodation is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a deck with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With the use of the leisure facilities at Whitecross Bay (at an additional charge) and the whole of the Lake District to discover, Kirkstone is a fabulous holiday home for all of the family.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Great new lodge with everything you could need. Superb walks right outside with a couple of good pubs nearby that allow pets. The Queens Head for food and the Mortal Man for a Peroni in the garden. Will book again soon.
