Following a series of smaller trespasses resulting in arrests, fights with gamekeepers and unwarranted, harsh prison sentences for some - The Kinder Trespass culmintaed with a mass trespass of 10,000 strong and the birth of access to open land, National Parks and most recently, the right to roam.
