Description of property
Situated in the small, unspoilt hamlet of Selside and about two and a half miles from Horton-in-Ribblesdale is this warm and welcoming cottage. This stone-built, semi-detached cottage was once a coaching inn and then a farmhouse and has now been carefully and tastefully refurbished to a high standard. The wood-burning stove and original timbers have been retained to give the property a cosy feel whilst the location, close to Three Peaks walking country, is bound to appeal to those who love the great outdoors.

Note: This property is located on the Horton to Ribblehead (B) road. The front door to the property is located on this road but can also be accessed via a side door.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage is conveniently placed for local hiking and use of the railway. The neighbours were very welcoming and suggested sights to see in case of bad weather. The scenery is spectacular. Locally made pies and cakes can be recommended.

,We were here on a long weekend and although the house is on the main road, it was a lovely location and there isn't much traffic. The house was just right for us and our 2 young boys. A lovely period property with wood fire in the lounge which is good fun. Lots of videos and games provided for the kids. Only a 10 minute drive to Ribblesdale for the 3 peaks walk.
