The accommodation includes two bedrooms; contemporary fitted kitchen with dining area; and a beautiful modern bathroom. Hill House Cottage is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the local shops and pubs, and within reach of the many attractions nearby including Wincanton, Wookey Hole, Wells and Cheddar Gorge. This cottage makes a wonderful touring base from which to explore this stunning part of England.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The spacious, lovely decorated cottage made our stay very comfortable and homely. It was situated very well for enjoying day trips to both Somerset and Dorset.

,Templecombe is easy to get to and there are plenty of local towns and villages to visit. The cottage was very nicely decorated and fitted. The log burner made all the difference though. The very generous owners brought me a birthday cake (homemade!) which was a nice surprise and made us feel very welcome.
