The cottage contains five bedrooms, one family room with three single beds, two twins and two doubles, two of which have an ensuite. There is an additional family shower room and a ground floor cloakroom, making this cottage suitable for up to eleven people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen, a dining room with a piano and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is plenty of off road parking, a large grassed front garden and a separate garden to the side with long distance views, furniture and a BBQ. With spectacular views and plenty of walking available, Higher Stoodley Farm is perfect for those who are looking for something peaceful and remote.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
This was an excellent property for our group of 7 adults (and 2 dogs!) with plenty of car parking space for the four cars. Inside there was sufficient space for us all with room for people to escape for 10 mins to themselves when they needed to. The farmhouse was clean and exceptionally well equipped with wonderful views and walks directly from the door. The garden is enclosed and safe for animals and children with a picnic bench for outdoor eating. If you like more formal dining then you will love the dining room with large table and views! The farm suited our needs perfectly and we had a great time. We all hope to be back one day. Thank you to the owners for sharing their property with us and to Sykes for their easy booking and arrangement procedures.
