High Garth is a single storey detached cottage in the heart of the Wensleydale village of West Witton just four miles from the market town of Leyburn. With two double bedrooms and one family room (with an ensuite) as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep eight people. The rest of the accommodation includes a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a conservatory. To the outside of the cottage is a large garden area with two decked levels, a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as off road parking for three cars. All the attractions of this part of the Dales are on hand, and even the North York Moors and city of York can be easily reached from High Garth.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large garden area with two decked levels, patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Pubs 2 mins walk. Shops 3 miles. Note: Some steep drops from decking areas, care should be taken with young children. Note: This property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
