Offering accommodation all over the ground floor, Grist Mill Cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms, with a double room, a single room (accessed via one step down) and a twin room with en-suite shower, basin and WC. There is also a bathroom with bath, basin and WC. The cottage offers open plan living accommodation with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside, the cottage has off road parking for two cars and a private lawned garden with patio and furniture. Guests also have access to a shared lawned area with a summerhouse. In a peaceful, rural location, with lovely walks available nearby and a number of interesting towns within travelling distance, Grist Mill Cottage makes a lovely holiday base.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

It was a lovely surprise when we arrived and the owner had left lots of goodies to start off our holiday - a very kind lady! An absolutely beautiful garden with a great summer house.

,Cottage was excellent, nice touch was a welcome card from the owner and a box of chocolates. Plenty of fruit in a bowl, with biscuits, tea and coffee provided. The owner also knocked on our door on day of departure and asked if we had enjoyed our holiday.
