Greenmoor Cottage is set in the tiny hamlet of Pennington in Cumbria, close to the town of Ulverston, which offers many shops, restaurants and festivals throughout the year. This lovely cottage is full of character, and offers two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation, rich with exposed beams and stone flooring, includes a spacious farmhouse kitchen and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside, along with off road parking for two cars, there is a small garden area with furniture and a BBQ. There are walking trails including the Cumbrian Way running past Pennington, while the sandy beaches of the Furness coastline and the waters of the Lake District are an easy drive away, making Greenmoor Cottage a superb base for a holiday with family or friends.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
