Foxholes is set on a working farm close to the village of Staindrop in Teesdale, just five miles from Barnard Castle. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one twin as well as a family bathroom which makes it suitable for six people. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a breakfast area and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a sheltered shared front courtyard with furniture and a designated play area for children (adult supervision required). Ideal for exploring the northern Dales, Foxholes is sure to appeal to the whole family.

Electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TVs, video/DVD, music system, etc. All fuel and power inc. in the rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sunny and sheltered shared courtyard to front, with garden furniture. Designated play area for children (adult supervision required). Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved pet welcome, charged at £20 per pet. Shop, pub etc. in Staindrop, 1.5 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
Foxholes is a spacious property with excellent facilities near many interesting places, but away from the hustle of nearby towns. It is not overlooked and is in a beautiful location.

,Home safe from a too brief stay at Millstone and Foxhole. Fantastic accommodation in a lovely location. Would definitely recommend although would prefer to keep secret for ourselves!
