Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a gas fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a patio area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Close to the famous Settle to Carlisle steam railway and with fabulous walking all around, Folly Cottage is bound to please anyone looking to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Gas fire in the living area supplemented by electric panel heaters. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio. WiFi access, selection of books. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Side patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shops, pubs, restaurants and launderette 1 min walk. Settle railway station 200 yards. Note: The side entrance is accessed by 3 steps through the patio area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Lovely little property, well appointed! Owners very approachable and helpful. Great location for stroll into village. Would highly recommend to anyone for a relaxing carefree holiday.

,The location was fantastic. We could walk and cycle straight from the door and there was a train station 5 mins away. Excellent amenities including supermarket, pubs etc whilst also being a quiet location.
