Fairway is a semi detached house occupying an elevated position overlooking the Conwy estuary, and offering spectacular of Conwy and Deganwy marinas, Conwy Castle, and the Snowdonia mountain range. The cottage sleeps seven people in three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with bunk beds) and also contains a family bathroom. The cottage also boasts a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with views of the marina and castle. Outside this cottage is a front paved area with garden furniture and a BBQ. Being so well located on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park as well as just a short stroll from the sea, Fairway is a wonderful cottage for anyone wishing to explore all of the delights of North Wales.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The view was absolutely stunning and for one having lived in Conway (now Conwy) it was great nostalgia. The house was one of the best if not the best appointed holiday home we have visited. It also meant that we were close to LLandudno and it's West Parade beach. Easy access to Snowdonia, The Conwy Valley and Anglesey.
