Elfstone Cottage is a modern detached bungalow situated near the owner’s property, in a rural position just five miles from the town of Stonehaven, fifteen miles south of Aberdeen. With one double bedroom with an ensuite, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining table and an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and access to natural grassland with outdoor furniture. Elfstone Cottage is a lovely family cottage in a beautiful part of rural Scotland.

Oil fired central heating throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player/radio etc, small library of books, games and DVDs etc. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Open access to natural grass-land with furniture. Sorry no pets. Shop and pub 5 miles.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage is finished to a high standard in an excellent location, not too far from Stonehaven town centre and other attractions. This is our second visit in successive years and we will definitely consider coming back.
