Eden Cottage is a traditional terraced cottage in the Cumbrian town of Appleby in Westmorland. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one bunk bedroom which with the addition of a family bathroom, makes it suitable for six people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is a large garden with a summer house, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. With river views and its proximity to fabulous countryside, Eden Cottage is a lovely cottage in a superb area.

Note: Cottage garden is enclosed, and gated from the river, but please ensure children are supervised when by the river. Note: Guests must have a rod licence to fish on the river.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,You HAVE to visit this beautiful cottage. Idyllic! Lovely wee summer house to sit in, garden overlooking the river. It feels like the middle of nowhere, it's so peaceful. There was a nice cake waiting for us and everything is pristine. Well done to the owners for catering to our every need!

,The downstairs accommodation was wonderful. The cottage has a lovely long garden overlooking, and backing onto, the river Eden, with a summer house for cooler or wet days. Overall the cottage was furnished to a high standard and presented beautifully. The cottage was in a good location for local shops, pubs, walks in the woods etc.
