A wonderful apartment, Dukesbury has a delightful open plan living room with fabulous views of the estuary and the north Lancashire coast. The living room is perfect to relax in after a day exploring the area. A stunning designer kitchen, dining area and bathroom makes Dukesbury a brilliant base. The apartment sleeps four and has two bedrooms - one king size double and one twin. Outside, Dukesbury has a garden with furniture and BBQ, 20 metres from the front of the apartment. The nearest pub is 5 minutes walk away and the nearest shop is 10 minutes walk away. Dukesbury is ideal for families or couples wanting to explore the southern part of the Lake District.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

Very modern, very clean and the attention to detail was excellent. The owner kindly left milk, bread and yogurts. Grange was really suitable for a holiday with 4 month old child in a pram - no Lakeland climbing for us!

,Apartment really attractive and comfortable - situation and outlook great. Grange-over-Sands is a lovely little town and the the property is ideally located for getting to many places within a short travelling time. Weather was kind to us and all in all we had a very good week. Would certainly recommend Dukesbury to others.
