Description of property

This traditional, terraced cottage dates back to 1736 and is situated on a pedestrianised lane in the heart of Weymouth, just two minutes walk from the sea. Features include a cosy wood-burning stove, wooden floors, three comfortable bedrooms and a small, enclosed garden. Close to the property is Newton's Cove – an excellent place for rock pools at low tide – whilst a short walk leads to the vibrant harbour, from which guests can take fishing or diving trips. This is a wonderfully holiday home with plenty of diverse activities available within walking distance.

Starter pack for woodburner provided (November to end of March). Bed linen inc. in rent. Free roadside parking near to property, first come, first served basis or 3 Pay & Display public car parks within 2 mins walk (parking is not available directly in front of the property due to its location on a pedestrianised street). Enclosed garden with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only), £10 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
