Situated just 10 miles from Warwick, Croftside offers you the chance to enjoy the best that the region has to offer, whatever the weather. For the winter months, there is a large, open fire and oil-fired central heating throughout, whilst, in the summer, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the large garden, which even has its own sauna and Jacuzzi. There is off-road parking for four cars, although with the local amenities just over a mile away, you might prefer to stroll through the stunning countryside.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with basic Satellite, video, DVD player. Telephone (incoming calls only). Small library of videos/DVDs. Fuel supplement of £25 payable Nov - Mar inclusive. At other times, fuel, power & starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair & stairgate available. Large enclosed garden with furniture, BBQ & summer house with Jacuzzi & sauna (available to hire, subject to availability, at £100 per week / £70 per short break, payable on arrival). Off road parking for 4 cars. Sorry no pets & no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: This property accepts a maximum of 10 adults. Note: Use of summer house facilities by arrangement with owner - available between 11am and 6pm daily; hot tub available from 24 hours after arrival.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We had a lovely warm and friendly welcome and a house which was just right for us. Its position was ideally placed to reach the attractions we had planned to visit.

, Many thanks for the hire of your wonderful home. We all enjoyed the comfortable and little 'special' things yourselves have provided. The weather has been fabulous to us, enabling barbecues and of course to sit outside has been a joy - the conservatory was an added bonus and hot tub, jacuzzi etc was relaxing to say the least.
