Situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park and just a short distance away from the pretty market town of Bakewell and close to the major country houses of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall.

In an elevated position with exceptional views, the barns are in a courtyard on a working family farm.

With beautiful Dales of the Peak including Lathkill Dale, Limestone Way and the stunning Monsal and Millers Dales nearby, this makes for an excellent base for families who enjoy walking and tranquility.

With Derby, Buxton and Sheffield easily accessible by car or train, those wanting the city attractions can also be catered for.

Wragg Barn - sleeps 8
- Wragg Barn has a very spacious lounge with exposed beams.
- There is a separate dining room with an archway into the kitchen which is well equipped with all the essential equipment you require including a dishwasher & freezer.
- Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom which gives additional storage for those wet boots after a long walk in the country.
- The stairs lead to the bedrooms, two have a double bed, one having its own en-suite bathroom and two twin bedded rooms.
- The bathroom consists of a bath with a shower over, hand basin and toilet.
- Outside, there is a patio and a garden sitting out area.

Brendan Cottage - sleeps 4
- Brendan View is a first floor apartment which retains the character of the barn prior to conversion with exposed beams adding to its appeal.
- The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential equipment you require. The lounge/dining area is ideal for taking in views across the surrounding countryside.
- The main bedroom has a double bed, the second having two single beds.
- The bathroom consists of a bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.
- Outside, there is a patio and a garden sitting out area.

Haddon Cottage - sleeps 4
- Haddon Cottage is on the ground floor and is therefore ideally suited for those with special needs regarding access.
- You enter into the lounge/dining area, off which is a well fitted kitchen with all the essential equipment you require.
- The main bedroom having a double bed, the second having two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet.
- Outside, there is a patio and a garden sitting out area.

Lathkill Barn - sleeps 3
- Lathkill Barn is located at the gable end of the building.
- This barn, with its south facing aspect, enjoys the character of the imposing window which features through onto two floors.
- Full of charm and character, you enter the spacious kitchen, dining lounge. The fitted kitchen has all the essential equipment you will require.
- The stairs lead to the main bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed.
- The bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.
- A patio and garden exists by the property.

Ashford Cottage - sleeps 2
- All on one level, Ashford Cottage is ideal for anyone with special needs regarding access.
- You enter into the main lounge/dining and well equipped kitchen area which has the added benefit of a rear door which opens onto the garden sitting out area.
- Off the lounge is the bedroom with two single beds.
- The bathroom has a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

Monsal Cottage - sleeps 2
- Similar to Ashford Cottage, this adjoining cottage has the benefit of being all on one level, again making it suitable for those with special needs regarding access.
- You enter the cottage into the lounge and dining area which has a large rear door that takes you out to the shared garden area.
- There is a separate well equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and magnificent views over the rear gardens.
- The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand basin and a toilet.
- Outside, there is a patio and a garden sitting out area.

Facilities
- So that you can enjoy your holiday without worrying about life's little essentials, all cottages are provided with duvets, linen and towels.
- Gas fired central heating, electricity and power are all included in the price.
- Each cottage has a cooker, fridge, microwave, colour tv/video. A cot is also available.
- There is a central utility/games room area with a washer/dryer, a freezer and a telephone. (Wragg Barn has its own dishwasher and freezer)
- Pets are welcome by arrangement and there is ample parking for everyone.
