Accommodation details

Coniston 1 is a privately owned Super Deluxe lodge, new in 2010, providing accomodation for up to 4 people and is Pet friendly (up to 2 dogs).  The lodge is located on a David Bellamy Gold Award 60 acre, 4*, woodland Holiday Park on the banks of Lake Windermere at White Cross Bay’s and is close to shop/amenities whilst only a short walk away from the Marina.

Temporary Membership to the onsite Leisure facilities, which includes the swimming pool & fitness gym, is an optional extra and is payable at reception.

CONISTON 1 DETAILS - 2 BED, 2 BATH + PET FRIENDLY (2) 

The lodge has a large open plan lounge, Dinning and kitchen area, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

The comfortable lounge/dining area, which is light and airy has seating for 4 adults, a 32” combo TV/DVD with access to freeview, CD/Radio hi-fi system with Ipod docking facility.  Double patio doors lead on to the decking area.  A selection of games and DVD’s are stored in the sideboard.

The kitchen is well equipped with built in cooker, gas oven and hob, microwave, extractor fan, and fridge freezer and small appliances such as toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils.

The main bedroom with en-suite shower room, has a double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe, over bed storage cupboards and a wall mounted 21”combo TV/DVD again with freeview access. The twin bedded room has a bedside table, built in wardrobe and over bed storage cupboards.  The family bathroom has a bath/shower.

The south facing decked area is perfectly positioned to capture most of the sun during the day.  For those wanting an early or late holiday the lodge is well insulated and benefits from central heating and double glazing, allowing you to escape for a break at any time of the year
 There is parking for 2 cars at the side of the lodge. Free Wifi is available in the lodge.
