Cobbled Corner is a stone-built property attached to the owner's farmhouse and is situated in the centre of the village of Elton in the heart of the Peak District National Park. The cottage is made up of of a studio room with a king-size bed and a bathroom as well as a small kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a small courtyard garden with a patio, garden furniture and a BBQ. Set amongst stunning scenery, Cobbled Corner is a wonderful cottage for a couple looking for a romantic break.

Gas central heating throughout and additional heating from electric log effect fire in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD player/radio etc, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Off road parking for one car. Small courtyard garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 mins walk. (Pub with food 1 mile). Note: Short breaks available all year round at 65% of the weekly rental (WSB price if higher).

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The whole place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The accommodation was comfortable and the bed was especially so. The bathroom was roomy, with a generous walk-in corner shower. The location was peaceful and attractive. Our hosts and her family were very friendly.
