An ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts and close to a Sustrans cycle route, this is the perfect location for a romantic holiday, surrounded by wonderful mountains, valleys and lakes, and just 3 miles from the Welsh Highland Railway.

Oil central heating throughout with radiators in bedroom and under-floor heating on ground floor. Electric hob, combination microwave (inc. oven and grill), fridge, colour TV with Sky Freesat, DVD player, stereo/CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. On site parking for 2 cars. Secure, covered area for bikes. Gravelled sitting area at front of cottage with garden furniture, shared use of owner’s lawn. One well behaved dog welcome at £20 per week (dogs must be kept on a lead at all times). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: In keeping with a 400 year old cottage, please note the bedroom is accessed by a steep spiral staircase.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The location is brilliant for those people who like to walk in Snowdonia whilst also being a short drive away from the local beach at Criccieth. We were very lucky with the weather which always makes for a great week. We shall no doubt be back for another stay. A bottle of wine in the fridge was a generous touch - thank you.
