They are situated on the northern edge of Ludwell village, overlooking farmland, enjoying glorious views to the north and west.

They offer accommodation of 1 double/twin with en-suite and 2 doubles/twins with private bathrooms.

Their spacious, well-equipped bedrooms each have a superking size pocket-sprung bed, vanity unit, shaver socket, tea/coffee making facilities, T.V., hairdryer and clock/radio alarm.

Residents lounge on the same floor with T.V., Games and books.
Rooms are available from 3pm.

A varied and hearty breakfast is available from 7am-9am Monday to Saturday, 8am-10am Sunday.
