Overlooking the marina in the fishing port of Amble, this aptly named town house enjoys wonderful views of Warkworth Castle. Able to sleep eight people comfortably in three double rooms, one with en suite, and a twin, this is a great place for family gatherings or getaways. With so much to do in the local area, everyone is sure to find something to enjoy, making this wonderful house a great base for exploring the region.

Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Enclosed deck with furniture overlooking marina. Off road parking for 2 cars. Cot and highchair available on request. 2 well behaved dogs allowed. Sorry no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The layout of the house, the views over the harbour, the position in the town and easy access to walks, were all ideal. As a group of four couples there was plenty of communal space but the house also allowed for sufficient privacy.

,The house was exactly what we needed for a large family getaway - 3 couples, a 3 year old and a Golden Retriever! The views from this house across to Warkworth Castle are fantastic and the fields behind are perfect for walking the dog. We walked all the way from the house along the coastal route through to Alnmouth (a cool 8 miles) and found the Sun Inn to be a great pub with brilliant food, good beer and very dog friendly. We would heartily recommend this house and Sykes Cottages
