Carriage House is a stone built, detached cottage situated in the centre of the market town of Kirkbymoorside, just six miles from Pickering on the North Yorkshire Moors. With three bedrooms comprised of one double (with an ensuite) and two twin rooms, this cottage can sleep six people. The cottage also contains a family shower room, a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a conservatory and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outsdie the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With the whole of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park to discover as well as the stunning coastline, Carriage House is bound to appeal to everyones holiday needs.

Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to rear with garden furniture and BBQ. One small well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

Enjoyed the living space downstairs, the garden and the position of the house. Brilliant location and we loved being so close to so many things to do, Whitby, Scarborough, Pickering etc. Enjoyed the very local pub! Very friendly area, we managed to play tennis even though the club was members only. We found the owners very helpful indeed on the phone.

,Superb location with plenty to do round about. House was roomy and bright with a suntrap of a garden. The chocolate cake and other goods on arrival were a welcome and unexpected feature.
