The accommodation here is well-equipped and very comfortable, and includes a master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite and a balcony. There are also three further twin bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor. There is a handy utility room, the kitchen has a breakfast bar and the large sitting room has a dining area and doors to the garden. The garden itself makes a lovely spot to relax, with 3 patio areas and a summer house against the backdrop of those lovely mountain and hill views. If you should feel the need to leave this lovely property, then the area offers much in the way of walking, cycling, nature watching and watersports.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage is set in amazing surroundings with views in all directions, quiet yet in the hub of the village and very well appointed. We were very impressed with the little touches such as the standard of towels, tea towels and that items like toilet rolls, kitchen staples and cleaning items were left for us. There were books and games, good bedding, mirrors, fridge and freezer with plenty of power points, thermostat for heating and seats in the garden. We would stay again. In the area we enjoyed Lakes Bala and Vyrnwy, went to Barmouth in under an hour and to Betws y Coed and Corwen. Our host (not on site) was helpful with our queries.

,Beautiful peaceful setting. Lots of space in house & immaculately presented. Lots of lovely walks in the surrounding hills. Plenty of useful tourist information given in house plus some historical details of surrounding area. Excellent food at local pub.
