Brynllech is a Victorian mid terraced cottage situated in a traditional street near the centre of Tywyn near to Aberdovey with views of the Dysynni Valley and the Cader Idris mountain range beyond. Spread over three floors and with four bedrooms (two singles and two doubles), this cottage can sleep six people. The cottage also has a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room both with gas fires. To the outside of the cottage is a small yard to the rear and off road parking for two cars. Just five minutes' walk from the town centre and just ten minutes walk from the large sandy beach, Brynllech is a fabulous family holiday cottage in a wonderful location.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The owner of the property was on hand when we needed her, she was friendly and very helpful. The property had lots of room and ideal for our family and pet dog. The local beach was only five minutes away and was beautiful, the views from the property were also stunning.
