Bryn Uchaf is a stone built, detached farmhouse on the outskirts of the village of Llannefydd, just eight miles from Abergele on the North Wales coast. The cottage has four bedrooms (two doubles - one with an ensuite, one single and a family room) as well as a family bathroom, which makes it able to sleep eight people. Also included in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a conservatory. To the outside of the cottage is plenty of off road parking and an enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Situated between the hills and the coast, Bryn Uchaf is sure to please, no matter what activities you are planning on your North Wales holiday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The cottage is delightful, spacious, excellently maintained, has stunning views and provides everything necessary for a comfortable, relaxed break.
The location is ideally central to all the popular North Wales destinations.
