Just six miles from Malham, this property has been lovingly restored, decorated and furnished to a high standard so that it provides warm and comfortable accommodation. The property exudes character and has retained a number of original features including a beamed sitting room with exposed stone wall. The building is well placed for walks throughout the local area as well as the local amenities and attractions within Settle itself.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, CD player/cassette/radio etc. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Free parking in the town square (50 metres) on first come first served basis, other car parks available in the town. One small well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs less than 1 minute walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The location of the cottage is really good. It's in the centre of Settle which is a really nice little town with shops and supermarkets for all your daily needs.

,Cottage was really lovely, very cosy, light and beautiful decor. Very easy for people to have a holiday here without a car - excellent for train line and local bus (little red bus) was great too.
