This charming 250-year old stone cottage lies adjacent to the owner's house on a working farm, close to the centre of Hepworth and just two miles from Holmfirth. Boasting traditional features, such as oak beams, this cosy cottage is just a short walk from the village pub. Guests can enjoy free use of the owner's superb, indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room, and will be allocated private times to maximise privacy. The property is able to sleep up to six people, making it ideal for a larger family. With plenty of activities on the doorstep, children are welcome to help on the farm with the hens, pigs, sheep, cows and other animals or to enjoy the nearby playground.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,A fantastic holiday, the accommodation was great, the children were well catered for both in the cottage and around the farm. They really enjoyed feeding the animals and egg collecting. It was a bonus that we could select our pool times for when it suited us. The play barn was ideal for children and adults, with table tennis, table football and miniature snooker table and the outdoor play area was great too. The owners and staff were really friendly and helpful at all times.

,Everything was in character with the building and surrounding areas, which was lovely. The pool was a big bonus and the staff were very friendly and patient when it came to the children 'helping' out with the animals. We would visit again and would recommend it to friends and family.
